How it all began
Bali Mamas Charity was born out of kindness, care, and a desire to change at least one life—the life of a child.
In 2021, during the pandemic, two friends, Anna and Evgenia, moved to Bali. The world stood still, there were no tourists, and aid stopped. Things became truly difficult in orphanages: there was a shortage of food, clothing, and medicine.
They began visiting shelters, bringing groceries, playing with the children, and organizing parties. At first, they did so simply out of their hearts. Then, with friends. Later, systematically.
Over time, it became clear: children needed not only food but also a future.
To escape poverty, they needed education, skills, and confidence.
Inspired by their mission—to help people through knowledge—Evgenia and her team decided to create an official educational foundation in Indonesia.
